About me
Background
The starting point of my journey to becoming a therapist was born from my experience of being a client. Therapy enabled me to make profound changes in my own life, which led me to want to help other people in the same way that I had been helped. I undertook a five-year post-graduate training to become a psychodynamic psychotherapist at WPF, which was one of the longest-standing and most respected therapeutic organisations in the UK.
After working in the clinic at WPF, I set up in private practice. I have also worked as an Associate Counsellor at Roehampton University, where I saw young people with complex mental health needs.
