What do I do next?

I suggest in the first instance we meet to discover whether we can work together.  This preliminary consultation will typically last longer than a standard session (usually between 60 and 90 minutes), for which the charge is £80.00. Sometimes we may decide to continue preliminary consultations for a few meetings. This gives us time to get to know each other, and for you to decide if therapy is right for you and if you would like to begin work with me.

If you would like to contact me to set up an initial meeting to discuss your situation, please free to contact me via telephone or email, or by using the contact form on this website.

How often do I come and how much is the fee?

Sessions cost £65.
